About Me

Camryn is a journalist, editor, social media manager and sometimes photographer. She ​has her Bachelor's of Arts from Columbia College Chicago and her Master's in Public ​Affairs Reporting from the University of Illinois Springfield.


She has experience covering state politics, education, environment, courts and the ​healthcare industry. She has published bylines and on-air credits in NPR, WCBU, WBEZ, ​Block Club Chicago, The Columbia Chronicle, She Buys Travel, Health News Illinois and ​Wisconsin Health News.


In her free time, Camryn enjoys knitting, crochet and exercising.
